So all is fine, we are Real Residual Inc. If you decide to pay by credit card directly through our Stripe Merchant account, then you should see SwimmingLure.com as the merchant. An additional receipt should follow from Stripe directly to you shortly.
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight/volume plus handling fees. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
We also offer a flat no-rush shipping on most products for Free. These shipping rates were arranged with our shipping companies and is at a loss to us in order to give you a great deal to buy from us.
The entire shipping timeframe is between 12 ~ 20 business days, which means it may take 45 days or more. However, our customers have reported that it usually takes less than 2 weeks for their order to arrive, and sometimes sooner than that. Although it is highly dependent on the country you reside and its customs policies, we’ll try to get your product out of the door as soon as possible.

You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item was lost in transit.

At the top of the checkout window, or on the side of your shopping cart, click on Coupon to expand the entry box, enter your code in the box, then click on “Apply”. You should see the TOTAL PRICE change, reflecting the discount.
If you’ve checked “Create an account” box during the checkout process, you’ll be able to find your orders by going into your account; just click on My Account at the upper-right corner of the website and find the <ORDER> button where you’ll see all of your orders.
You should also get a copy with the details of your order in your email inbox. If it is not there, please check your spam/junk folders just to be sure. 99% of the time you’ll find our emails there.
You can also find details of your order if you visit the TRACK ORDER link at the top of the page. By entering your order number and the email address you used to place the order, you should be able to see all details of your order.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is because we use several fulfillment warehouses in China and U.S. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
